Wesbank and Macassar Park

Wesbank and Macassar are both found on the Cape Flats of Cape Town. The project entailed compiling varying types and locations of public open spaces within these areas, that make up a disparate and disjointed open space system. The project aims to create an integrated system with these compiled public open spaces and maximize the linkages between them and with the network of public facilities and key movement routes. The design phase was undertaken in 2013.
