Howard Retail Centre

The Howard Shopping Centre is found in Pinelands, Cape Town.  The Retail centre called for a landscape development concept that was developed to transition the Howard Shopping Centre into the surrounding landscape. Named after the founder of the Garden City Movement, Sir Ebanezer Howard, it involved the vegetating of  car parks, pedestrian walkways and outside dining areas that serve the Shopping centre with street trees, ground covers and climbers.
