Zeekoevlei

Zeekoevlei is a Recreational Park, Environmental Education Center and Rondevlei Nature Reserve, it is situated on the banks of the vlei (Wetland) located on the Cape Peninsula

The landscape development plan of Zeekoevlei involved site analysis, conceptual design and a development framework for the eastern shores of the Zeekoevlei and the Environmental Center. This project was done in association with Samantha Glen Landscape Architects. 2010.

Activities include a very popular high use picnic and braai area. Fishing in the lake and a proposed boardwalk, trail for walkers and cyclists. Pelicans are frequent visitors to the lake gorging themselves on fat carp.
